Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen green peas 2 cups frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic , chopped1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried mint 1/2 tsp dried mint

Preparation

In saucepan of boiling water, cook peas until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to food processor.

Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt and mint; purée until smooth. Refrigerate in airtight container for at least 1 hour before serving.
