Creamy Seafood Fettuccine

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped pancetta-style bacon (about 1 oz/30 g)
1 cup (250 mL) chopped onion
1 can (142 g) baby clams
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (284 mL) Campbell's Condensed Low-Fat Cream of Celery Soup
1 cup (250 mL) 1% milk
12 oz (350 g) extra-large or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 cup (175 mL) frozen peas, thawed
12 oz (375 g) fettuccine or other long pasta, cooked
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Stir in condensed soup, milk, shrimp and peas; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until reduced and thickened, about 10 minutes.
Stir in pasta; sprinkle with parsley.
Additional information : Tip: 10 oz (300 g) long pasta has about 1-3/4-inch (4.5 cm) circumference when held tightly together.
