  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupcider vinegar or wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspDijon mustard
  • 2 tsp 2tspgranulated sugar
  • 1 tsp 1tsphorseradish
  • 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tsppepper
  • 4 cups 4cupsshredded green cabbage
  • 1 1carrotcarrots, grated

In large bowl, whisk together cider vinegar or wine vinegar, vegetable oil, Dijon mustard, granulated sugar, horseradish, garlic,and salt and pepper.

Add green cabbage and carrot; toss well to combine.
