Cucumber Dill Salad

Ingredients:

2 tbsp (25 mL) low-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp (15 mL) light mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh dill
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
2-1/2 cups (625 mL) thinly sliced english cucumber
1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced sweet onion
Preparation:
In bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Add cucumber and onion. Serve immediately.
