A sweet-and-sour dressing complements this refreshingly crisp salad.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pinch hot pepper flakes
- 2-1/2 cups diced English cucumber, (about 1 cucumber)
Preparation
In bowl, mix together onion, coriander, sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and hot pepper flakes; stir in cucumber.
