Dark and Stormy Spice
The au courant Dark and Stormy drink meets holiday spice simply through the use of spiced rum. Ginger beer, a robust soft-drink favourite of Jamaicans, gives this cocktail a spicy edge; for a milder flavour, use ginger ale.

Ingredients:

4 cups (1 L) ginger beer or ginger ale
1 cup (250 mL) spiced rum
1 cup (250 mL) lime juice
8 slices lime
Preparation:
In pitcher, stir together ginger beer, rum and lime juice. Top with ice.
Serve in glasses garnished with lime.
