Ingredients

4 panini or other soft oval buns, halved
1/4 cup (50 mL) mango chutney
6 oz (175 g) shaved Black Forest ham
1 cup (250 mL) packed watercress, arugula or spinach leaves
8 slices Canadian Gouda cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil
Preparation
Brush large nonstick skillet or grill pan with oil over medium heat; cook sandwiches, pressing with spatula and turning once, until crusty, golden and cheese is melted, about 8 minutes.
