Ingredients

1-1/4 cups (300 mL) shredded Canadian Mozzarella cheese (5 oz/150 g)
10 oz (300 g) cooked peeled deveined shrimp, coarsely chopped
5 slices deli Black Forest ham (about 5 oz/150 g), coarsely chopped
1 sweet green or red pepper, diced
1/2 cup (125 mL) salsa
1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped green onion
4 large (10-inch/25 cm) flour tortillas
Preparation
Bake on greased baking sheet in 400°F (200°C) oven, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden, about 12 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting each into 4 wedges. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
