Roasts on the grill By Christine Picheca Recipes by The Canadian Living Test Kitchen
Grill to impress with indirect grilling heat or a rotisserie for a show-stopping succulent roast.
Modern grills are essentially ovens when the lid is closed. Using low or indirect heat along with the side burners on to make your barbecue a fantastic forum for a large joint of meat.
Once you have your meat trimmed, trussed and set, just shut the lid or turn on the rotisserie and leave the grill to do the rest of the work. A barbecued roast is a spectacular show-stopping way to entertain in the summer, especially with a crowd to feed!
