This exotic fruit salad is a bit of an indulgence to treat friends and family.

Ingredients

Preparation

Peel, core and cut pineapple into bite-size chunks. Peel, halve, seed and cut papaya into bite-size chunks. Remove seeds from pomegranate. Peel, halve and section 2 of the mineolas. Peel and cut kiwifruit into bite-size chunks. Place fruit in large bowl.

Cut remaining mineola in half; juice half and set juice aside. Peel and section remaining half; add to bowl.

In separate bowl, whisk together reserved mineola juice, lime juice, honey and ginger; pour over fruit, tossing to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

Garnish with star fruit.
