Suggested Recipes

1 lb (500 g) pizza dough, thawed
2/3 cup (150 mL) prepared pizza or pasta sauce
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings:
1/3 cup (75 mL) sliced pepperoni
1/3 cup (75 mL) sliced roasted sweet red pepper
1/4 cup (50 mL) sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Preparation:
On floured surface, roll out dough to 12-inch (30 cm) circle; place on greased 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pan. Spoon sauce evenly over dough, leaving 1/2-inch (1 cm) border. Sprinkle with 1 cup (250 mL) of the cheese.
Toppings: Scatter pepperoni, red pepper and olives over cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in bottom third of 500°F (260°C) oven until golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
