Ingredients
Preparation
On floured surface, roll out dough to 12-inch (30 cm) circle; place on greased 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pan. Spoon sauce evenly over dough, leaving 1/2-inch (1 cm) border. Sprinkle with 1 cup (250 mL) of the cheese.
Toppings: Scatter pepperoni, red pepper and olives over cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in bottom third of 500°F (260°C) oven until golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes.

Variations
Hawaiian Pizza: Replace toppings with 1/3 cup (75 mL) each chopped Black Forest ham and pineapple tidbits.
Antipasto Pizza: Replace toppings with 1/3 cup (75 mL) each chopped marinated artichoke hearts and sliced marinated mushrooms.
