Make this colourful fruit salad up to a day ahead for a refreshing dessert. It's also very quick to toss together just before serving.

Quarter watermelon (about 3 lb/1.5 kg per quarter)
Half honeydew melon
Half cantaloupe
1 cup (250 mL) fresh blueberries
1 tbsp (15 mL) orange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp (25 mL) shredded fresh mint
Preparation:
Using melon baller, scoop balls from watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe (or cut into 3/4-inch/2 cm cubes); place in large bowl. Add blueberries. Add liqueur; let stand for 5 minutes. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.) Sprinkle with mint and toss.
