1 each orange and apple
1 pkg (300 g) fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
Preparation:
Scrub orange and apple in warm soapy water; rinse and dry (do not peel). Cut into wedges; remove seeds and apple core. In food processor, pulse fruit until finely chopped.
Add cranberries and sugar; pulse until cranberries are coarsely chopped. (Make ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
