  • 1/2 1/2tomato, finely diced
  • 1/2 1/2dill pickle, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspminced red onion
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspminced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspchopped capercapers
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspred wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspdried oregano
  • Dash Dashhot pepper sauce


In bowl, mix together tomato, pickle, onion, parsley, capers, oil, vinegar, oregano and hot pepper sauce.
