Frosty Peach Daiquiris

Peaches give this drink a smooth texture. To peel them, blanch in boiling water just long enough to loosen the skin, then peel. You can also use frozen sliced peaches.
- 3 cups 3cupsice cubes
- 3 cups 3cupssliced peeled peachpeaches
- 6 oz 6ozwhite rum or amber rum
- 3 oz 3ozpeach schnapps
- 3 oz 3ozlime juice
- 1/3 cup 1/3cupinstant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar or icing sugar
In blender, pulse together ice, peaches, rum, schnapps, lime juice and sugar until ice breaks down.
Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Pour into pitcher.
