Frosty Peach Daiquiris

Peaches give this drink a smooth texture and a heavenly flavour. If you're short on time, use frozen sliced peaches; they'll make the drink extra frosty.

  • 3 cups 3cupsice cubes
  • 3 cups 3cupssliced peeled peachpeaches
  • 3/4 cup 3/4cupwhite rum
  • 6 tbsp 6tbsppeach schnapps
  • 6 tbsp 6tbsplime juice
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cupinstant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar or icing sugar

In blender, pulse together ice, peaches, rum, peach schnapps, lime juice and sugar until ice is crushed.

Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Pour into pitcher.
