Frosty Peach Daiquiris

Tested Till Perfect

Peaches give this drink a smooth texture. To peel them, blanch in boiling water just long enough to loosen the skin, then peel. You can also use frozen sliced peaches.

    3 cups (750 mL) ice cubes
    3 cups (750 mL) sliced peeled peaches
    6 oz (180 mL) white or amber rum
    3 oz (90 mL) peach schnapps
    3 oz (90 mL) lime juice
    1/3 cup (75 mL) instant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar or icing sugar

Preparation:

In blender, pulse together ice, peaches, rum, schnapps, lime juice and sugar until ice breaks down.

Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Pour into pitcher.
