Frosty Peach Daiquiris

Peaches give this drink a smooth texture. To peel them, blanch in boiling water just long enough to loosen the skin, then peel. You can also use frozen sliced peaches.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups 3cupsice cubes
  • 3 cups 3cupssliced peeled peachpeaches
  • 6 oz 6ozwhite rum or amber rum
  • 3 oz 3ozpeach schnapps
  • 3 oz 3ozlime juice
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cupinstant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar or icing sugar

Preparation

In blender, pulse together ice, peaches, rum, schnapps, lime juice and sugar until ice breaks down.

Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Pour into pitcher.
