1/4 cup (50 mL) light_cream_cheese, softened
1/2 cup (125 mL) light sour cream
2 tbsp(25 mL) seedless raspberry or strawberry jam
1 red-skinned apple
1 pear
1 cup (250 mL) green grapes
Preparation:
Place cream cheese in glass bowl; microwave on high until softened, about 20 seconds. With small whisk, whisk in sour cream and jam until smooth.
Cut apple and pear into bite-size chunks; thread chunks and grapes into 4 skewers. Serve with dip.
