Ingredients

Preparation

Place cream cheese in glass bowl; microwave on high until softened, about 20 seconds. With small whisk, whisk in sour cream and jam until smooth.

Cut apple and pear into bite-size chunks; thread chunks and grapes into 4 skewers. Serve with dip.

Variations
Strawberry Banana Split Kabobs with Creamy Chocolate Dip:
Replace apple, pear and grapes with 2 bananas, cut in chunks, and 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) hulled strawberries. Replace jam with 1/4 cup (50 mL) chocolate sauce.

Melon Kabobs with Creamy Berry Dip:
Replace apple, pear and grapes with 1 cup (250 mL) each cubed peeled cantaloupe, honeydew melon and watermelon.

Tropical Fruit Kabobs with Creamy Orange Dip:
Replace apple, pear and grapes with 1 mango and 2 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks, and 1 cup (250 mL) pineapple chunks. Replace jam with orange juice concentrate.
