Golden Roast Potatoes
This recipe makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes, (about 6)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or dried sage
Preparation
Peel potatoes if desired and cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) chunks or wedges; place in bowl. Add oil, garlic, salt, pepper and dried herbs. Toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on greased rimmed baking sheet; roast in 375°F (220°C) oven until crisp, tender and golden, 1-1/4 hours.
