Grape and Cheese Ball Truffles

This recipe makes 32 pieces servings
- Portion size: 32 pieces
Ingredients
- 1 1Cheese Ball Base recipe
- 32 32seedless green grapeseedless green grapes
- 1 cup 1cupfinely chopped toasted pecanpecans or walnuts
Preparation
Make Cheese Ball Base; refrigerate until firm yet pliable, about 30 minutes. Scoop by about 1 tbsp (15 mL) and insert seedless grape; mould cheese around grape to enclose.
Roll in pecans or walnuts to coat. Cover and refrigerate on waxed paper–lined tray until firm, about 2 hours.
