Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans , trimmed1 1lb lbgreen beangreen beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp slivered sun-dried tomatoes in oil 2 2tbsp tbspslivered sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1 1tsp tspextra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/4 1/4tsp tspdried oregano
Preparation
In saucepan of boiling salted water, cover and cook beans until tender-crisp, 7 minutes. Drain and toss with tomatoes, oil and oregano.
