1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
2 cups (500 mL) Thai jasmine rice
1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh coriander or parsley
2 green onions, sliced
Preparation:
In saucepan, bring 4 cups (1 L) water and salt to boil; stir in rice. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 20 minutes or until no liquid remains. Stir in coriander and onions; fluffing with fork.
