16 cups (4 L) torn mixed salad greens (about two 4 oz/113 g pkg)
lime Chili Dressing:
1/4 cup (50 mL) vegetable oil
3/4 tsp (4 mL ) grated lime or lemonrind
3 tbsp (50 mL ) lime or lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tsp (10 mL) chili powder
2 tsp (10 mL) water
1 tsp (5 mL) granulated sugar
1/4tsp (1 mL) salt
Preparation:
Lime Chili Dressing: In salad bowl, whisk together oil, lime rind and juice, mayonnaise, chili powder, water, sugar and salt. Add salad greens; toss to coat.
