Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (300 g) frozen spinach , thawed1 pkg (300 g) frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 pkg (4 oz/125 g) cream cheese 1 pkg (4 oz/125 g) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mild salsa 1/3 cup mild salsa
  • 2 green onions , chopped2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic , minced1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Drain spinach; squeeze dry. In food processor, purée spinach, cheese, sour cream, salsa, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until thickened slightly. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
