A light dressing coats the greens and accents the raspberries and pine nuts.

  • 12 cups 12cupstorn mixed greens
  • 1 cup 1cupraspberryraspberries
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cuptoasted pine nutpine nuts

Champagne Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupcanola oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspchampagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspeach salt and pepper

Champagne Dressing: In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Add mixed greens and toss to coat. Arrange on plates; sprinkle with raspberries and pine nuts.
