Grilled Garlic Focaccia

Rub whole garlic cloves on the warm grilled bread to enhance its flavour.
- 1 1loaf thick square focaccia, (about 1 lb/500 g)
- 2 2cloves garlic, halved
Cut focaccia into 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick slices. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until toasted, about 5 minutes. Rub cut sides of garlic over focaccia.
