Impress guests with this stunning dessert that comes together in only 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 firm ripe peaches , halved and pitted4 firm ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp butter , melted1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup liquid honey 1/4 cup liquid honey
- Filling
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp liquid honey 2 tsp liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- vanilla dash vanilla
Preparation
In bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, lemon rind and vanilla; set aside.
Brush cut sides of peaches with butter. Place, cut side down, on greased grill. Close lid and grill over medium-high heat until peaches are softened and grill-marked, 8 to 12 minutes.
Spoon heaping 1 tbsp (15 mL) ricotta mixture into each peach; drizzle with honey.
