Crisp wedges of seasoned pita bread are munchable at any time.
Preparation
Brush pita breads evenly with oil; sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until crisp and golden, about 4 minutes. Cut into wedges.
