Half (250 g) Vienna-style all-beef salami
Preparation:
Cut salami crosswise into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick slices. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and grill, turning once, until hot and browned, about 10 minutes. Cut slices into quarters.
