Simply rolling goat cheese in fresh herbs or other flavour combinations makes an easy, pretty hors d'oeuvre. Crumbled leftovers make a salad seem extra special. Trim the log ends for a clean appearance.
Ingredients
Preparation
Spread herbs on plate; roll goat cheese in herbs to lightly cover. Wrap with plastic wrap. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
