Serve this creamy dip with an assortment of vegetables that kids like and that won't fill them up before dinner.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp minced fresh oregano, (or 1/2 tsp/2 mL dried)
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Preparation
In bowl, combine feta cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, oregano, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 1 day.)
Additional information :
Tip: If your dipper selection includes carrots, slice them on a slight diagonal for easy scooping. No double-dipping!
