1 cup (250 mL) whole wheat cereal squares
1 cup (250 mL) pretzel sticks
1 cup (250 mL) each pumpkin and sunflower seeds
1 cup (250 mL) soy nuts
1 cup (250 mL) roasted peas
1 cup (250 mL) cashews
1 cup (250 mL) raisins
Preparation:
In large bowl, toss cereal squares, pretzels, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, soy nuts, roasted peas, cashews and raisins. (Make-ahead: Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.)
