Chipotle peppers are smoked jalapeño peppers canned in adobo sauce. For a tamer cocktail sauce, omit the adobo sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupthick chili sauce
- 2 tbsp 2tbspminced fresh coriander
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tspgrated lime rind
- 2 tbsp 2tbsplime juice
- 1 tbsp 1tbspadobo sauce
- 1 1chipotle pepperchipotle peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspground cumin
Preparation
In bowl, mix together chili sauce, coriander, lime rind and juice, adobo sauce, chipotle pepper and cumin.
