Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin centre chops
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 minced green onions
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

In bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice, oil, garlic, green onions, allspice, thyme, salt, pepper, ginger and cayenne; rub on both sides of chops.

In small roasting pan, roast chops in 375°F (190°C) oven, turning halfway through, until browned and hint of pink remains inside, about 18 minutes.
