The white versions of Lillet and Dubonnet are wine-based aperitifs. This elegant cocktail comes from Initiale, one of Quebec City's finest restaurants.
Ingredients
- 2 oz white cranberry juice 2 2oz ozwhite cranberry juice
- 1 oz vodka 1 1oz ozvodka
- 1 oz Lilet Blanc 1 1oz ozLilet Blanc or white dubonnet
- Cranberries Cranberries
Preparation
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add cranberry juice, vodka and Lillet; shake vigorously to blend and chill. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cranberries.
