Although perfect for the grilled skewers, this multipurpose dip is also delicious with crunchy fresh vegetable sticks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon rind 1 tbsp grated lemon rind
  • 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chopped fresh chives, lemon rind and juice, grainy mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
