Although perfect for the grilled skewers, this multipurpose dip is also delicious with crunchy fresh vegetable sticks.

  • 1 cup 1cuplight mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspfinely chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspgrated lemon rind
  • 2 tsp 2tsplemon juice
  • 2 tsp 2tspgrainy mustard
  • 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper

In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chopped fresh chives, lemon rind and juice, grainy mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
