Be sure to trim the excess fat off the chops, which causes flare-ups that will char them.
Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tsppepper

Preparation
In small bowl, combine garlic, thyme, lemon rind and juice, salt and pepper. Rub all over chops; let stand for 10 minutes.
Place on greased grill over medium- high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until juices run clear when pork is pierced and just a hint of pink remains inside, about 10 minutes.
