Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil 3/4 3/4cup cupvegetable oil
- 1 tbsp grated lemon rind 1 1tbsp tbspgrated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 1/4cup cuplemon juice
- 1 tsp dried thyme 1 1tsp tspdried thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 1/4tsp tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tsppepper
Preparation
In jar, shake together vegetable oil, lemon rind, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
(Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.)
