A beautiful, light berry dessert. The perfect finale to your spring or summer menu.
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1cupBalkan-style plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup 3/4cupwhipping cream
- 2 tbsp 2tbspgranulated sugar
- 1 dash 1dashvanilla
- 1 cup 1cupdrained thawed mixed frozen berries
- 4 4mint leafmint leaves

Line sieve with cheesecloth; set over bowl. Add yogurt; refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Transfer drained yogurt to large bowl.
In separate bowl, whip together cream, granulated sugar and vanilla; fold into yogurt.
Fold in berries, leaving streaks. Spoon into stemmed glasses. Garnish with mint.
