A beautiful, light berry dessert. The perfect finale to your spring or summer menu.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 dash vanilla
  • 1 cup drained thawed mixed frozen berries
  • 4 mint leaves

Line sieve with cheesecloth; set over bowl. Add yogurt; refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Transfer drained yogurt to large bowl.

In separate bowl, whip together cream, granulated sugar and vanilla; fold into yogurt.

Fold in berries, leaving streaks. Spoon into stemmed glasses. Garnish with mint.
