1 cup (250 mL) Balkan-style plain yogurt
3/4 cup (175 mL) whipping cream
2 tbsp (25 mL) granulated sugar
Dash vanilla
1 cup (250 mL) drained thawed mixed frozen berries

Line sieve with cheesecloth; set over bowl. Add yogurt; refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Transfer drained yogurt to large bowl.
In separate bowl, whip together cream, granulated sugar and vanilla; fold into yogurt.
Fold in berries, leaving streaks. Spoon into stemmed glasses. Garnish with mint.
