Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light or regular herbed cream cheese 1/4 1/4cup cuplight or regular herbed cream cheese
- 2 tbsp milk 2 2tbsp tbspmilk
- 2 tsp lemon juice 2 2tsp tsplemon juice
- 1 pinch salt 1 1pinch pinchsalt
- 1 pinch pepper 1 1pinch pinchpepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg 1 1pinch pinchnutmeg

Preparation
In skillet or saucepan, whisk together cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper and nutmeg over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
Finely chop spinach; add to cheese mixture and cook, stirring, until blended and hot, about 2 minutes.
