1/4 cup (50 mL) light or regular herbed Cream_cheese
2 tbsp (25 mL) milk
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
Pinch each salt and pepper
1 bag (10 oz/284 g) spinach, cooked and drained
Preparation:
In skillet or saucepan, whisk together cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper and nutmeg over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
Finely chop spinach; add to cheese mixture and cook, stirring, until blended and hot, about 2 minutes.
