Lime Chili Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

4 husked corn cobs
1/4 cup (50 mL) water
1/4 cup (50 mL) butter, melted
1 tsp (5 mL) grated lime rind
1/4 tsp (1 mL) chili powder
Preparation:
Place corn cobs and water in microwaveable dish. Cover and microwave at High for 5 minutes. Transfer corn to centre of heavy-duty foil.
Combine butter, lime rind; and chili powder. Brush over corn.
Seal and place on grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning once, until corn is tender, 6 minutes.
