Lime Squash

Cool and refreshing, this nonalcoholic beverage looks great in a pitcher with ice cubes – and tastes even better.

    1-1/4 cups (300 mL) lime juice (about 6 limes)
    1/3 cup (75 mL) liquid honey
    2 bottles (750 mL each) carbonated water
    Ice cubes

Preparation:

In microwaveable measure, microwave lime juice with honey on high for 30 seconds; whisk until honey is dissolved. Let cool.

Pour carbonated water over ice cubes in pitcher; stir in lime mixture.
