Lobster Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced tender celery
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce or wasabi paste or curry paste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 cups chopped freshly cooked lobster meat or frozen lobster meat, (thawed and drained)
  • 4 lettuce cups

Preparation

In bowl, stir together celery, light mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onion, hot pepper sauce, prepared wasabi or curry paste, salt and pepper. Stir lobster meat.

Serve in lettuce cups.
