  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupdiced tender celery
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cuplight mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspsour cream
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspparsley
  • 1 1green oniongreen onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsphot pepper sauce or wasabi paste or curry paste
  • 1 pinch 1pinchsalt
  • 1 pinch 1pinchpepper
  • 2 cups 2cupschopped freshly cooked lobster meat or frozen lobster meat, (thawed and drained)
  • 4 4lettuce cuplettuce cups

In bowl, stir together celery, light mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onion, hot pepper sauce, prepared wasabi or curry paste, salt and pepper. Stir lobster meat.
