- 4 baby bok choy
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon regular or white balsamic vinegar
MethodTrim base of each bok choy; cut in half lengthwise. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat; fry garlic and salt until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add bok choy and water; cover and steam until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar; turn to coat.
