This effortless salad makes a great accompaniment to meaty dishes like our Rosemary Za'atar Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 head red leaf lettuce , torn
  • 1 head radicchio , torn
  • Half bulb fennel , cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cress
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion Vinaigrette (recipe link in Method)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup pepitas

Method

In large bowl, combine lettuce, radicchio, fennel and cress. Drizzle with Green Onion Vinaigrette and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pepitas.
