Method

Orzo Salad: In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain well and transfer to bowl.

Add tomatoes, feta cheese, coriander, onion, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper; toss well and set aside.

Meanwhile, finely chop garlic. Add salt; using flat side of knife, rub into paste. Add Italian seasoning and pepper; rub over chops.

Place chops on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until medium-rare, about 8 minutes. Serve with Orzo Salad.
