Spiced with fragrant mustard seeds, these green beans pair beautifully with any kind of grilled meat. You can use yellow mustard seeds if you can't find black ones.

Method

In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook beans until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, in nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook onions and mustard seeds, stirring occasionally, until onions are softened and golden, about 15 minutes. Stir in coriander, cumin, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in green beans and vegetable broth; cook, stirring occasionally, until almost no liquid remains, about 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar and chili sauce.
