This recipe will have you wishing every night was pizza night.

Ingredients

  • 4 plain or garlic naan
  • 1/2 cup Soy Glaze (approx) (recipe in Method)
  • 2/3 cups jarred pasta sauce
  • 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese, torn
  • 12 Soy-Glazed Beef Meatballs , halved or crumbled (recipe in Method)
  • 12 cherry tomatoes , halved
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach

Method

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange naan on prepared pans. Leaving 1/2-inch border around edges, brush with 1/4 cup of the Soy Glaze. Bake until edges are golden, 5 to 8 minutes.

Spread pasta sauce over top; top with mozzarella, Soy-Glazed Beef Meatballs and tomatoes. Bake until cheese is melted and edges of naan are crisp, 10 to 12 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes. Top with spinach; drizzle with remaining Soy Glaze, if desired.
