The slightly cloudy Lychee Vodka makes the base for this tropical-looking, easy-to-drink martini. When making the base, reserve enough lychees for garnish if you want, and keep in mind that the longer the vodka mix rests, the better the flavour.

- 1/4 oz 1/4ozvermouth
- 1 1strip lime rind
- 1 splash 1splashclub soda
- 1 1drained canned lychee, (optional)
Preparation
Fill shaker half full of ice. Add Lychee Vodka, vermouth and lime rind; shake. Strain into martini glass; add soda. Garnish with lychee (if using).
