Ingredients
- 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) chickpeas , drained and rinsed1 1can can(19 oz/540 mL) chickpeachickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup tahini paste 1/3 1/3cup cuptahini paste
- 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 3tbsp tbsplemon juice
- 3 tbsp water 3 3tbsp tbspwater
- 1 tbsp olive oil 1 1tbsp tbspolive oil
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin 3/4 3/4tsp tspground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 1/4tsp tspsalt
- 2 cloves of garlic , minced2 2clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
Preparation
In food processor, puree together chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, olive oil, cumin and salt. Stir in garlic.
