Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup tahini paste
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Preparation

In food processor, puree together chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, olive oil, cumin and salt. Stir in garlic.
