Use plump, sweet Medjool dates for these simple no-bake four-ingredient treats. When decoratively wrapped, they make fantastic hostess gifts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried apricots 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
- 1 pkg (200 g) marzipan 1 pkg (200 g) marzipan
- 46 Medjool dates 46 Medjool dates
Preparation
Cut each date down 1 side of centre to expose pit; open gently and remove pit. Press marzipan log into hollow. Serve at room temperature. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 weeks.)
