Half celery root (1 lb/500 g)
1 large baking potato
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp (25 mL) milk
1 tbsp (15 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mash with potato masher. Using electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat in milk, oil, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
